This position is a three-year commitment, the President-Elect year followed by a year as President and one more year as Chairman of the Board. This position requires good organizational and time management skills, and leadership skills.
Accurately records and distributes minutes from all meetings held by the Chapter; Collaborates with the Education/Program Chairman/Conference Chairman/Webmaster to notify the membership of educational offerings such as webcasts audio conferences, seminars, etc. as necessary throughout the year.
Board Members (2)
The Board of Directors shall be the governing body of the Chapter and shall establish policy for conducting the business and management functions of the Chapter.
Nominating Committee (3)
The Nominating Committee prepares a slate of candidates to submit to the Board for approval at the September Board meeting.
